**Preferred Availability**: Mornings, with flexible scheduling depending on participant appointments

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Support Responsibilities**:

- Provide compassionate in-home support, assisting with daily routines, personal activities, and household tasks.
- Offer transport support to participant appointments and community events, ensuring a reliable and safe experience.
- Facilitate community access to engage the participant in social and outdoor activities, supporting both mental and physical well-being.
- Utilize patience and understanding to support a participant with complex mental health needs, fostering a safe, enjoyable, and positive environment.

**Outreach Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with community networks to raise awareness of support services within the Buderim area.
- Combine support work with community outreach activities to create a supportive and inclusive environment for the participant.
- Engage with a dedicated and innovative team to help grow community awareness around inclusive support and care services.

**Requirements**:

- Must align with the client’s preferences, including gender (female) and personality traits (patient, flexible, and compassionate with mental health experience).
- Valid Driver’s License with access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate.
- Police Check.
- First Aid and CPR Certification.
- Relevant experience supporting individuals with mental health needs, particularly in a home and community setting.
