**Job description**
THE POSITION
We are currently looking for Guest Service Agents to assist in managing a busy accommodation venue offering fully self-contained 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.
After a short period of familiarisation and training the successful applicant(s) must be able to work unsupervised and be prepared to work flexible days and hours.
The role encompasses all facets of managing an accommodation venue in a dynamic and fast paced environment and includes Front Office, Reservations, Revenue, Marketing, Maintenance and Housekeeping responsibilities with a principal focus of providing an exceptionally high standard of guest and customer service.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience in a similar role may be advantageous
- Applicants must demonstrate a friendly, customer focused demeanour along with a reliable, positive and flexible approach to work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
