**The Role & Project**
MACA Interquip is seeking an experienced Mechanical Draftsperson to join our fast-growing Engineering Team. We are delivering Engineering, Procurement and Construction execution works for valued clients across WA and Interstate.
Reporting to the Drafting Manager, you will be responsible for delivering drafting services in the mechanical function; from conceptual designs to following the process through to project execution.

**To be successful for the role, you will possess**:
- 6+ years’ experience in mining, mineral processing plant design.
- Previous experience in 3D modelling and drafting in a relevant CAD package.
- Proficiency in the layout of process plant equipment.
- Competency in design checking will be highly regarded.
- Ability to review and provide constructive feedback on vendor drawings and interdisciplinary design data.
- Solid understanding of statutory and industry regulations and HSE practices.
- Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively within a multi-discipline team environment.
- Proven ability to work autonomously or as a part of team.
- Strong problem-solving and planning skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail.
- Ability to remain dynamic an agile environment
