What you’ll contribute to
The Information Systems Division (ISD) is responsible for providing strategic Information and Technology leadership, reliable enterprise solutions and innovative workstyle services to TMCA, our Dealers and our Guests, to enable the achievement of Toyota’s business objectives.
How you’ll make an impact- Provides high level face to face customer service and IT support to executive stakeholders in order to ensure queries and problems are dealt with in an efficient proactive manner, thus improving end user experience.- Assists in the development of processes, procedures, and coaching (virtual and onsite). With the provision of enhancing the Customer Experience for End Users in order to achieve IT Services objectives.- Research and trial new ways of working (e.g. better investigation through data analysis) in order to identify opportunities to increase efficiency, customer experience and end user satisfaction.- Monitors and analyses user behaviour/usage and system performance against targets for own area and recommends countermeasures where required.- Maintains reporting systems in order to provide the business with accurate and timely information to support planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.- Provides specialist support for the assessment and selection of suppliers in order to secure delivery of services at expected quality and at optimal cost. Supports ongoing supplier management.
Your attributes - If you’ve got one or more, we’d love to hear from you- Demonstrated customer service experience in a similar role- Experience in ITIL or service management tool (desirable)- Ability to deliver a high level user experience and providing coaching to users on device set up/management- Flexibility to work on site to provide face to face customer experience for users/stakeholders- Strong communicator and high level of emotional intelligence- Ability to work within a close knit team and autonomously when required
