**About the role**:
We are seeking Drivers to join our team at Paradise Country. The Drivers main responsibility will be to drive the Tractor Ride whilst maintaining a world class level of presentation, safety and guest service experience in a safe and efficient manner.
**Duties**:
- Ability to drive and navigate the tractor and control traffic during park operating hours.
- Ensure all safety standards are adhered to for team members and guests.
- Loading and unloading the attraction.
- Constant positive interaction with guests and demonstrate excellent guest service as a top priority.
- Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the tractor and carriages to the required standard and report any incidents or faults that may arise immediately.
- To maintain the pigs playground and assist with show clean up when required.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Current driver’s licence.
- Ability to be flexible in a team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a desire to exceed guest expectations.
