**Salesforce Developer**

Rubix Solutions is a boutique recruitment company working for some of the biggest blue chip clients globally. Our client, a leading IT consulting outfit are looking to hire a Salesforce Developer to assist on a project for an Australian University on a permanent basis based in Sydney.

**About the role**
- Extensive experience in Salesforce programming,
- Responsible for Salesforce development work undertaken and ensuring highly maintainable solutions to complex problems.
- Participate in meetings with customers, third party vendors, internal stakeholders and the Digital Enablement team to define requirements and progress initiatives.
- Knowledge of declarative Salesforce development tools including Process Builder, workflow, approval processes, outbound messages
- Translate business requirements into functional software.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve Salesforce technical problems, escalate and track problems
- Collaborate with others on technical design and architecture for products and services
- Adopt best practice software development practices
- Contribute to product backlogs

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Release Engineer
- Experience with Salesforce integration technologies and tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills in release management
- Experience with DevOps release management tools and processes, including CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and automated testing (desirable)
- Salesforce certifications (desirable)
