**Role Overview**
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Leader to work for an established specialist mental health organisation. Reporting to the General Manager (Integrated Services), and part of the Senior Leadership team at Stride, you will be a passionate and supportive leader with a go-getter attitude and have extensive experience in managing service delivery teams within the mental health sector. You will lead your teams to ensure high quality, person-centred, and recovery focused services.
Responsibilities include:
- Leadership of service delivery across multiple teams and sites in Tasmania and Victoria
- Providing leadership to and working collaboratively with a team of focused, outcome driven and passionate Clinical & Service Managers
- Coach and mentor leaders and teams with a focus on development of high performing teams and high-quality consumer outcomes
- Managing site performance against budget, targets, and consumer outcome performance frameworks
- Maintaining relationships with stakeholders, funders and partners and building new relationships across the regions
- Working with the business development team to grow and diversify programs by identifying new funding and opportunities that align to the organisation's strategic goals
- Financial and human resources management including compliance with funding, contracts, reporting, risk, and incident management
- Ensuring quality and safety compliance with Quality Standards and registration requirements
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role providing management in a multi-site environment
- Tertiary level education in a relevant discipline, i.e. Business, Social Work or Psychology.
- Strong people management skills and experience supporting staff in performing their duties
- Strong business acumen and analytic skills and demonstrated ability to deliver against funding requirements
- The ability to work within and across health service networks, and to foster productive partnerships
- Manage (complex) external stakeholder relationships
- Coach and mentor teams with a focus on continuous learning
- Demonstrate a range of influencing and collaborative skills
- Balance competing priorities and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communications skills, including verbal and written
- High level of computer literacy
- Experience in change management
- Understanding of the Australian health care system, key issues in primary health care, and the mental health service system.
- Current Driver's license
- Must be eligible to apply/currently hold a WWCC / WWVP
