Pharmacy Assistant

David Jones Pharmacy Murrumbeena is a community pharmacy located close to Chadstone Shopping Centre.

We currently have 2 positions available for casual/ part time pharmacy assistant with working hours between 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday or 9am to 2pm Saturday.

Duties/Responsibilities will be varied but primarily will be focused on:

- Receiving prescriptions
- Processing sales transactions
- Merchandising
- Receiving Stock
- Packing & Sending Parcels

These roles are most suitable for enthusiastic persons with a pleasant disposition and an aptitude to learn. Strong organisation, communication skills and ability to work autonomously is the key to working successful within our team. An ability to work within tight time frames is critical.

Prior pharmacy experience is not required, however the following is essential:
1. Can use computers efficiently; and
2. Fluent in English

Wages is paid based upon experience, however as a minimum will be the Pharmacy Industry Award as regulated by Fair Work Australia.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 24 per week
