Crystalbrook Kingsley, has transformed Newcastle’s former Council Administration Centre into an elegant and sophisticated 130-room five-star hotel with a signature rooftop bar and restaurant, lobby bar and café, and two private meeting venues. With the City Hall Civic Theatre, Newcastle Art Gallery and War Memorial moments away, Kingsley is culturally connected, celebrating what has been and what is to come.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Efficient cleaning of kitchen premises and equipment to meet the highest of standards
- Maintaining food hygiene standards and correct chemical use.
- Ensuring that all access and traffic areas are clear and sparkling clean.
- Treat our brand-new equipment with respect to keep it gleaming.
- Working with the chef’s to ensure the kitchen operations seamless perfect before and after service.
- Assist the Purchasing department with deliveries and stock management.
- Effectively communicate and coordinate with all departments of the hotel.

**Your talents**:

- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and food safety standards (HACCP)
- Food Safety certification.
- $500 sign on bonus - $250 on start & another $250 once you pass probation.
