We are looking for a Workshop Assistant to join our growing team at the Fivedock location.

Empire Body and Mechanical Repairs is a growing company in the automotive repair and maintenance industry, committed to providing high-quality service to our customers. We are currently seeking a reliable and organized Office/workshop Assistant with a strong understanding of the automotive industry to join our team.

**In this pivotal role you will**:

- Pick up and drop off vehicles, customers, and parts
- Work with the business manager, our customers, and insurance companies, lodging insurance claims, confirming liability, and completing the necessary documents for recoveries.
- Learn to quote for vehicle repairs
- Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Maintain service records, invoices, and parts inventory
- Support the service team with scheduling, documentation, and coordination
- Ensure smooth workflow and timely communication between departments
- Be the Go-To person,

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in the automotive repair or service industry
- Knowledge of automotive terminology, services, and parts
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently

**To be successful in this role**:

- you have a driver's license
- you are fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin
- you can work full-time hours + Saturdays
