**About the role**

We currently have an exciting Support (Assistant) Manager opportunity at our Kawana Waters store. We are looking for an experienced retail leader who is energetic, creative, and looking to lead from the front. This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic, hands on, and willing to contribute their own ideas to grow and lead the store and team to success.

**Skills and experience**
- Experience in a Discount Variety Industry or Supermarket environment is highly desirable
- Experience in merchandising.
- Experience in a management position.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with customers with confidence.
- Ability to work in a team and solve problems.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to drive sales and meet targets.
- Capable of successfully managing a team of up to ten.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $58,000.00 per year
