**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a roll maker in a Japanese restaurant
- Skilled in preparing basic sushi rolls and plating
- Able to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience with strong teamwork and communication skills
- Must have legal working rights in Australia

**Job Details**:

- Pay: Negotiable based on experience
- Working Hours: Flexible (typically 4 days a week, 9 AM - 4 PM) More time available for evening shift. (Adjustable)
- Staff meals provided
