Our respected client located in WETHERILL PARK is a leader in the Engineering and Fabrication industry now have positions available for **AFTERNOON** **SHIFT** **PLASMA** /** MACHINE OPERATORS **to join their team.

**2x AFTERNOON SHIFT** 2PM - 10:30PM hours

Pay rate will be between $30 - $32 per hour base plus Afternoon shift allowance and overtime penalties.

The available position will be scheduled to work Monday - Friday afternoon shifts with opportunities for overtime.

This position will be permanent full time for the successful applicants.

Within his position you will be required to operate and program plasma cutting machinery to cut metal sizes as per customer requirements, operate overhead crane to load and unload metal sheets onto cutting bay.

assist with general duties on the factory floor including general housekeeping to ensure a safe work environment is maintained.

**To be considered for this opportunity you MUST**:

- Previous experience operating a PLASMA cutter, CNC machine or similar machinery **a MUST.**
- Previous experience operating **OVERHEAD CRANES A MUST**:

- previous experience working within a similar position
- forklift licence desirable but not essential
- Have the ability to work overtime where required
- Be dedicated to safe working practices
- Be able to commence ASAP
- Have own reliable transportation
- Have all required PPE safety equipment
- Ability to work in a team environment
