We are currently looking for two security cleared, NV1 or NV2, GIS Specialists to join our team on a permanent basis. The GIS Specialists will provide support to AGO’s Enterprise Geographical Information System (GIS) and Foundation GEOINT business.

**What will I be doing day to day?**
- Provide assistance to GIS stakeholders and support to the GIS Operations Team
- Respond to GIS Service Desk enquiries in a timely manner
- Provide best practice advice and support for GIS patterns and workflows within both ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Enterprise
- Advise on the collection, development and maintenance of spatial data requirements
- Advise in the development and delivery of high quality GIS products and other spatial services
- Design and create learning and development materials and resources to assist AGO’s customers
- Engage with GIS stakeholders to develop and maintain communication channels

**What sort of skills do I need?**
- Experience within a government or Defence environment
- Demonstrated GIS skills and experience in management of spatial data using ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Enterprise
- Demonstrated understanding and experience with Esri Web Services, ArcGIS Enterprise and other related spatial services
- Esri certification in either ArcGIS Desktop Associate and/or Professional or Enterprise Geodata Management (Desirable)
- Australian citizenship and an NV1 security clearance as a minimum
