**The Role**

We take care of Origin’s people - our workforce and potential future workforce and deliver services across the employee life cycle that enable Origin to be a Top 10 great place to work.

Supporting Origin Energy in recruiting the most talented, dedicated, innovative and diverse workforce in the market; this exciting opportunity represents the chance for an experienced recruiter to hit the ground running and leverage their existing skills while diversifying to deliver across a breadth of role types.

Responsibilities will include:

- Develop and deliver end to end recruitment solutions across a range of job families (Engineering, IT, Digital, Marketing, P&C, Contact Centre, Senior Leadership and more)
- Identify opportunities to increase hiring capability in Origin's People Leader's through effective coaching and promotion of self-service channels
- Leverage multiple sourcing methodologies such as research and talent mapping, database mining, LinkedIn outreach, internet search, networking, cold-calling and more

**Is This You?**

To be considered you will have:

- Capabilities and experience in delivering recruitment and sourcing activity at a high volume within a similarly sized organisation
- Knowledge and a passion for developing and executing recruitment sourcing strategies
- A talent in building relationships and partnering with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to deliver solutions and build capability
- An ability to think outside the norm and create sourcing pathways
