**The Role**

Community Solutions are currently seeking individuals who share our company values and have a passion to enter the Business Industry. Based in Caloundra, this 12-month Business Traineeship will be with our national non for-profit host business that specialises in community work such as employment, disability, education & training, charity & mental health services.

**Typical Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Professionally meet and greet each customer and stakeholders.
- Ensuring all incoming phone calls are answered in a professional and timely manner.
- Following record management processes & data entry
- Housekeeping of front reception and office/kitchen areas

**What will you bring to the role?**

Our team will help you develop during the traineeship, but there are some minimum requirements and key traits we’re looking for:

- An aspiration to work in an office environment & be an administration superstar
- An eye for detail with the ability to follow directions well
- An adaptable can do attitude that is willing to tackle any task
- A confident, friendly nature - you’ll enjoy talking to people and be a great communicator
- Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft office suite
- Ability to work Monday to Friday full time.
- Pass a Police Check and willing to gain a Blue Card and NDIS Workers Screening
- Covid-19 Vaccination
- Current Drivers Licence
- Provide two references.
