**A snapshot of your role.**:
- Efficiently manage your Executive’s diary to adjust to changing priorities and arising conflicts. Plan and coordinate meeting rooms and any external venue sourcing required
- Ensure the director is accurately updated on all relevant information and critical matters pertaining the team
- Manage complex relationships with internal stakeholders to safeguard deadlines, monitor emerging issues and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Work alongside the People and Culture department to provide administrative assistance to recruitment processes and the onboarding of new staff
- Oversee the operation of the Sydney office, procuring and paying invoices, liaising with maintenance contractors, maintaining office supplies, and organising corporate events as required
