**Who are we?**
iPlay Australia is one of the leading "Amusement Centre Operators" in the Out-of-Home Entertainment Industry, offering its guests a multitude of unique and adrenaline pumping experiences across a number of locations throughout Australia. iPlay is currently under going a rapid growth period and is frequently opening new locations in major cities and towns nationwide. With two new venues opening its doors in the last 3 months alone, iPlay Australia is continuously on the lookout for bright and passionate new talent to bring into the team.
**About the Role**:
iPlay Belconnen is Hiring, it is crucial we have a superstar team driving the store and as such are looking for passionate crew members to work across a variety of different roles including, bartending, gaming assistance, merchandise sales and general hospitality duties.
- We are currently looking for casual staff however there is the opportunity to move to PT or FT depending on experience and suitability._
**Crew Staff**:
- Must be able to prioritize and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, can do attitude
- Reliable work ethic with exceptional attention to detail
- Flexible availability for shifts during the day, night and weekends
- Exceptional Guest service skills
- Cash handling experience
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work as part of a team with enthusiasm to create a FUN and FRIENDLY atmosphere
- Bar experience isn't essential however favourable.
- **Any applicants over 18 must have a current RSA**
**Supervisors: All the above +**
- Proven experience with hands on supervisory role of daily operations of a business
- Strong knowledge of general retail, hospitality and catering operations
- Must be a "people person" and be able to professionally deal with different personalities, both internal and external with a goal for encouraging personal development within the team
- Able to proactively motivate and encourage your team to drive sales and provide the highest level of customer service to ensure EVERY guest has a FUN and MEMORABLE time at iPlay
- A positive approach with strong time management and prioritising skills
