Storeperson/forklift Driver

**WAREHOUSE STOREPERSON ALLROUNDER**

Our friendly, family-owned business encapsulates and packages dry food powders and offer our customers a 3PL service.

We are seeking a skilled storeperson with a focus on quality and attention to detail to join our team. We need a mechanically minded, warehouse allrounder who will support the production team in achieving their goals whilst keeping the warehouse in order.

**Main tasks**
- Be responsible for all inbound/outbound of goods (some pick, pack, send required)
- Inventory control
- Production room set up
- Equipment pre-starts & maintenance
- Operate forklift
- Collect finished goods, pack & wrap pallets
- Complete QA dispatch forms
- Warehouse tidy & clean (all areas except production rooms including toilets, rubbish removal & mopping)

**To be successful you will meet the following criteria**:

- Be an Australian Citizen or have a VISA allowing Full-time work.
- Be available Monday to Friday for 8 hr shifts
- Be comfortable to work by yourself, without supervision (after training).
- Ability to show attention to detail, caring for small details and ensuring we produce the best possible final product
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Physically fit
- Demonstrated ability to work in a safe and responsible manner
- Must be punctual & reliable
- Ability to troubleshoot and fix minor equipment issues as they arise

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 38-45 per week

**Salary**: $24.73 - $35.73 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ashmore, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Manual handling: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
