**About the Role**:
As a Wellbeing Assistant at RSL LifeCare, you will play a key role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. In this fulfilling and rewarding role, you'll have the chance to provide compassionate support while making a meaningful impact on the wellbeing of those in your care. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with the daily activities and emotional wellbeing of residents
- Promoting social engagement and facilitating fun, enjoyable activities for residents
- Supporting residents with personal care needs while maintaining their dignity and independence
- Building strong and supportive relationships with residents and their families
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure holistic care and wellbeing
- Ensuring the safety, comfort, and care of residents at all times

- Compassion and empathy - a passion for supporting residents and making a difference in their lives

- A desire to learn and develop within the role
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential
