**Laminated Benchtop Fabricator - Joinery/Workshop Role (Factory‑Based, Full Time)Position Overview**

We’re looking for a **full-time Fabricator** to manufacture laminated benchtops from start to finish in our factory environment located in Berkshire Park (Western Sydney). Training will be provided, so if you have basic joinery or building knowledge, a positive attitude, and reliable transport—you’ll fit right in.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and machine benchtop boards (e.g. using spindle machines).
- Operate CNC machinery (programs pre-set).
- Complete finishing work using files, trim tools, and hand machinery.
- Use and maintain a variety of workshop machines and hand tools.
- Ensure product quality through precise cuts and attention to detail.
- Adhere to health, safety, and manufacturing standards.

**Qualifications & Traits**
- Basic knowledge of joinery or fabrication is a **plus**, but not required.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to take initiative with a **“can‑do” attitude**.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
- Must have **own transport**—public transit isn’t available in this area.
