How will your ideas contribute to shaping what’s next?
- Our Perth Infrastructure Advisory business is currently seeking team members to join in key roles to continue our rapid growth and expansion. You’ll be part of a close-knit team who are early on in the growth journey, thereby providing huge career growth opportunities - through direct exposure to clients and working intimately with our senior leaders. - In this role you will play an integral part in the delivery of business cases, economic and financial analysis, provision of high-quality strategic advice, as well as contribute to the growth of the business and winning work efforts.
- You will be part of a diverse team who are experienced and passionate about providing ‘advice that matters’ across the infrastructure asset lifecycle, advising on strategies and investment decisions that drive value and proactively respond to disruptive change.

What will you do?- Business Case Development: Lead the comprehensive analysis of potential infrastructure investment opportunities, assessing their viability via business case frameworks, investment logic mapping and feasibility studies.- Economic & Financial Modelling: Develop cost-benefit analysis and financial models to evaluate investment scenarios, considering factors such as economic benefit quantification and monetisation, cash flows, return on investment, and project timelines.- Manage Teams & Engagements: Coordinate the delivery of our work across our local and national multi-disciplinary teams, act as the main point of contact for clients and undertake the project management for engagements. Help to grow our business case capability and provide learning and development to our teams.- Business Development: Work closely with our senior team to build relationships, find new opportunities, source new work, develop proposals, respond to tenders and manage the work winning process.- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and market conditions, identifying potential risks and opportunities for clients and their portfolios.- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business and assets, and provide guidance and updates as the markets in which our clients operate evolve.- Collaboration: Work with our internal teams, to bring together our design, engineering and advisory capabilities in the delivery of seamless client experiences.- Industry Networking: Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to expand professional networks, share knowledge, and stay informed about infrastructure investment trends.

- Alongside your industry experience in similar management consulting, engineering consulting, client-side or equivalent roles, you’ll also have:
- A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, law, engineering or a related field.- A minimum of 7+ years of experience in areas similar to the work of our infrastructure investment advisory capabilities, primarily business case development.- In-depth knowledge of, and experience working in, key infrastructure sectors such as transport, energy, water, and social infrastructure, along with an understanding of regulatory frameworks.
