A Day In the Life
Our Property Managers have the flexibility and independence to manage their own week and are supported by caring and inspiring leaders.
We are looking for a fun, hardworking and genuine individual to do the following:
Portfolio consisting of 150 properties
Liaise with owners and tenants
Organise repairs and maintenance work orders
Minimise and maintain rental arrears
The Good Stuff
With a team of support around you, you will be coached, guided and given the opportunity to succeed.
Focus on a positive and fun culture
No trust accounting
Dedicated leasing and admin teams to assist you
A paid day annually to volunteer at an appropriate organisation
Industry-leading technology that streamlines tasks, laptop and iPhone provided
Career development & on-going training and support
**Generous Incentive Plans including**:
$500 for each new business management referral
Up to 10% of sales commission on eligible referrals
Quarterly NPS bonuses of up to $1,000
Industry experience and a passion for Property Management
A current Agent's Representative certificate/ Certificate of Registration
A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
Magnificent communication and problem-solving skills
The ability to build genuine relationships with external and internal clients
Highly organised with sharp attention to detail
