Spare Parts

Acer Computer Australia is looking for a Product Planner to join their Spare Parts team in Sydney.

Product Planning
- Monitor stock inventory and develop a spare parts product forecast based on usage trend and shipment data.
- Prepare product purchase plans using lead-time analysis, stock on-hand and in transit analysis to ensure timely arrival of spare parts ordered.
- Co-ordinate factory output schedules to ensure timely delivery of

Budget Management
- Prepare and manage budgets
- Monitor warranty spare parts sales activities and budget for Acer’s Authorised Parts Resellers
- Prepare monthly budget reports.

Continuous Improvement
- Review and update current spare parts processes, update and improve as required to reduce costs, streamline workflows and increase productivity and efficiency.
- Conduct third party vendor compliance reviews to to ensure quality and cost competitive purchase outcomes.

Experience, skill and competencies:
- At least 3+ years in a similar role within a service-oriented environment
- Strong knowledge of Supply chain principles, purchase planning, inventory management, and spare part Warehousing
- Must have analytical and financial management skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of business concepts and principles
- Must have excellent Excel skills.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
