**_The Job_**

Permanent fulltime position. Location based in Sureway Corio and Geelong Site.

Our core business is to deliver on the Employment Services contract. Each outcome is a connected to an individual who has started a new chapter through securing employment.

- Read your audience and adapt your communication as needed.
- Adapt to varying situations and take creative approach to deal with each circumstance.
- Confidently approach employers and explain the service/ secure vacancies.
- Work autonomously as part of a wider team.
- Admin that gets it right the first time using our up-to-date equipment, including a dedicated work laptop for your use.

Sureway Employment and Training lead the industry in Workforce Australia Employment Services and Disability Employment Services. We also extend to the delivery of training and health supports.
