This role has it all - managing a small team, focusing on customers, working as one with the team, and being a general office support to our incentre staff

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are currently looking for a self-motivated team player, who wants to make difference in the lives of children, to join us at our wonderful team at Kip McGrath.

Founded in 1976 in Australia, Kip McGrath has been helping primary and secondary school age children all over the world to improve their learning. With over 560 centres globally, we know what works. We are a friendly and professional team, and we offer you the opportunity to join us, in an open, positive and social workplace where emphasis is placed on ensuring employees feel valued and cared for.

This is an exciting hybrid style role. You will be part of the team supporting our Head of Customer Contact with customer enquiries across Australia and New Zealand and be responsible for managing a very small team that focus on new business enquiries. You will also provide office management support for the staff in our Belconnen centre.

This is a hands on role and a great opportunity for someone wanting to step up into a team leader position.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Competent computing and systems skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Compassionate people person
- Experience in a service driven organisation.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Management experience - highly regarded
- Contact centre experience highly regarded

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Must be an Australian Citizen or a Permanent Resident
- Hold a current WWCC -working with children check or willing to obtain one
