About the Role

As a **Commercial Cleaning Supervisor**, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at multiple commercial sites, leading cleaning teams, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will play a key role in upholding our service reputation by ensuring cleanliness, safety, and client satisfaction across all assigned locations.

This role is ideal for an experienced, hands-on professional who can lead teams, coordinate site schedules, and proactively solve problems in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support cleaning teams across commercial client sites
- Ensure compliance with cleaning specifications, health & safety regulations, and company policies
- Conduct site inspections and quality audits regularly
- Train and onboard new cleaning staff as required
- Develop cleaning schedules and allocate resources effectively
- Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues
- Manage stock, supplies, and equipment for assigned sites
- Report incidents, maintenance issues, and team performance to management

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in commercial cleaning or facilities services
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality service delivery
- Ability to manage multiple sites and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in reporting, scheduling, and using basic digital tools
- Understanding of OH&S practices and compliance requirements
- Valid driver’s licence and own transport
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed
