**SYDNEY - MACQUARIE PARK**
**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Australian Lateral Recruitment team on a permanent basis, based at our Sydney Macquarie Park office.
Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
- assisting with drafting and posting job advertisements to internal and external websites;
- undertake phone screening of external applicants;
- scheduling interviews with both interviewers and interviewees;
- briefing on psychometric testing when applicable;
- assisting with employee on-boarding;
- maintaining national recruitment systems and other database(s) and produce monthly recruitment reports, metrics and analysis; and
- liaising with the global resourcing and regional Human Resources teams.
In addition to the above, you will also be involved in and play a key role on various recruitment related projects and initiatives. You will benefit from exceptional learning opportunities working in a highly respected and dynamic team.
**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- previous experience in a client-focused co-ordination or assistant role, ideally supporting recruitment processes or teams;
- strong attention to detail and organisational skills;
- ability and confidence to interact with people at all levels across the organisation;
- excellent communication skills and ability to demonstrate collegiality within a team;
- effective planning, scheduling, prioritisation and time management skills, with the ability to work in a high-pace national team;
- a proactive approach and desire to be an integral member of our leading and supportive team;
- ability to network and build positive and genuine working relationships, both internally and externally;
- experience with recruitment systems and tools, such as Kenexa, LinkedIn, external job posting websites, (desirable); and
- an understanding of the lateral recruitment process (desirable).
