As an Assistant Store Manager with Johnny Bigg, you are responsible forprovidinga shopping environment where our team delivers excellence in customer service. We are looking for people who truly careabout our customer & are willing to go the extra mile for them.

**About You**:

- Have a minimum of 1yearsretail management experience
- Experience in managing a team of 2or more
- Strong customer service skills
- Driven to achieve company set budgets and KPI’s
- Be analytical and have the ability toidentifystore opportunities
- Ability to lead, motivate and empower a team
- Strong Visual Merchandising skills and ability to think commercially and strategically for the store.
- Have an interest in fashion and trends
- Take pride in your personal style and presentation
- Work with others and alsoalone as this is the nature of the roster.
