**About the opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced **Facility Manager** for our Redbank QLD site. This pivotal role is responsible for leading and managing the operations of a Delivery Centre, PUD operations, processing, Linehaul, COLT, Fleet and associated network to ensure the provision of high-quality, reliable, and cost-effective delivery services.

**You’ll also**
- Lead by example, fostering a “customer first” service culture and motivating staff to work as one team embracing our enterprise values.
- Direct and manage all processing and support activities to meet operational and performance targets.
- Monitor parcel delivery performance, analyzing key trends and performance indicators.
- Facilitate continuous innovation and process improvements across the operation.
- Drive a ‘Zero Safety Culture’ while ensuring safety protocols and compliance are met.
- Build employee engagement through transformational leadership.
- Seek out cost reduction opportunities and performance improvements.

**About you**

**You’ll also need**
- Proven experience in creating a strong safety culture and leading diverse teams.
- Expertise in managing industrial relations conflicts and union negotiations.
- People management experience in a logistics, retail, or operational environment.
- Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders and partners to drive results.
- Ability to implement change in a fast-paced business environment.
- Leadership experience in driving cost reductions and efficiency initiatives.
- Solid financial and business management knowledge, including KPIs and budget management.
- Commitment to HR policies and procedures.
