Stockland are market-leading when it comes to Modern Slavery Reporting, and we’re looking for someone who is passionate in this space to join the team as a Modern Slavery Assurance Analyst at our Sydney Head Office.
**The Opportunity - About the Role**
Reporting to the Commercial Contract Manager, you will coordinate Stockland’s modern slavery due diligence and reporting requirements, and provide regular status reporting and final reports to Stockland’s Modern Slavery Working Group.
**Key Responsibilities Will Include**
- Processing supplier material categories for modern slavery reporting obligations.
- Coordinating supplier modern slavery due diligence with internal and external key stakeholders.
- Conducting due diligence assurance for key suppliers and their performance.
- Any other activities to comply Stockland’s modern slavery obligations or any direction received from Stockland’s Modern Slavery Working Group.
- Integrate past experiences with innovative possibilities to create desired business outcomes.
- Ensure understanding of and comply with all internal/external policies, procedures, guidelines, regulatory requirements and report any non-compliance.
- Act as liaison for the team and maintain an approachable, professional and helpful attitude, assisting key stakeholders with Stockland’s ERP system as required.
- Identify and follow through with WHS&E improvements (system improvements, elimination of hazards and environmental risks).
**About You**
- Previous experience in project assurance or similar role
- Appropriate tertiary qualification in business or commerce
- Experience in a fast-paced task focussed role
- Contract administration experience desirable
- Ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities
- High attention to detail and high level of personal presentation
- Collaborative team player who values knowledge/information sharing
