**Your new role**
As a Senior Supply & Demand Analyst, you will:
- Manage the S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process for selected portfolios, ensuring meetings, measures, and minutes are completed on time and in full.
- Drive forecast accuracy and inventory management for allocated portfolios to meet customer demands.
- Ensure compliance with business and customer reporting requirements.
- Oversee delivery performance and ensure sufficient inventory is available to meet customer needs, considering lead times, demand, and shelf life.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers, upholding Novo Nordisk’s values and integrity.
- Develop analytical tools to review and improve processes, identifying opportunities for optimization.

You will be part of our Supply Chain team in Australia, working within the Oceania region. Our team is responsible for ensuring seamless product flow from suppliers to customers, managing inventory, and supporting our strategic business objectives. The atmosphere is collaborative, dynamic, and focused on innovation, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and continuous improvement. Together, we strive to deliver best-in-class supply chain solutions to support Novo Nordisk’s mission of improving the lives of patients.
**Your skills & qualifications**
We’re looking for a new Senior Supply & Demand Analyst who will appreciate working in a high-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll bring with you:
- A university degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in supply chain management.
- Strong analytical skills with experience developing tools for process improvement, including Lean/6 Sigma qualifications.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, fluent in spoken and written English.
- APICS certification and demonstrated experience in the medical industry.
