Proficient typing and transcription
Computer and technical skills (including software knowledge)
Organisational and time management abilities
Administrative skills
Communication (written and verbal)
Customer service skills.
Upbeat and pleasant phone manner
Accuracy and attention to detail
Have an interest for interiors and colours
Positive, bubbly and proactive attitude
Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments
Be able to work as a team or independently
Roster and hours: 73 hours a fortnight with rotating Saturdays (Sunday's are for you).

**Experience**:
Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $23.38 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Fixed shift
- Overtime
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Narre Warren, VIC 3805: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
