Our client is a multinational fresh produce marketer and a leading provider of ripening services for bananas and other tropical categories, such as avocados and mangoes. They are currently looking for an experienced stock controller/warehouse admin to be part of their team.

**About the Role**:

- Location - Rocklea QLD 4106
- Permanent Full Time
- Pay Rate: $65,000 -$70,000 + Super
- Shift: Monday to Friday | 4am to 12 pm (OT as required)
- **Duties and Responsibilities**:_
- Ensure the stock levels are in line with the stock management system.
- Address all stock queries in a timely manner to assist in achieving customer service levels of the operation as a whole.
- Perform weekly cycle counts, investigate and correct the results in a timely manner.
- Ensure discrepancies are highlighted and addressed where appropriate.
- Ensure staff is trained in appropriate Stock Control functions, including but not limited to inbound, stock transfer, and outbound including pallet control.
- Carry out periodic audits of inbound and outbound stock to ensure the accuracy of shipments and stock control records
- Data entry across multiple 3PL spreadsheets, including pallet control spreadsheet.
- General warehouse, and store person duties including forklift operation
- General housekeeping duties
- **Other duties may include**:_
- Attend and participate in internal and external training as required and needed to understand and perform the role.
- Responsible for ad hoc tasks/projects to assist Management to meet their obligations as and when required.
- Assist with onboarding and training (as required) of team members.
- Cleaning to maintain a high standard of hygiene.
- Act as Fire Warden/first aider as required.

**About You**:

- Prior experience and knowledge of fresh produce.
- Experience in Stock Control.
- Data Entry and MS Excel experience.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Forklift License (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
