**About The Role**
Person centred care is vital for our clients. Workers will need to understand the true meaning of a person-centred approach. We’d like a team of support workers to build a social rapport with our clients, ensuring their needs are met emotionally as well as physically.

Components of the supports include
**Manual Handling, Stoma Care, Personal Care & Community Access.**

In addition to our values, our support staff require
**mandatory compliance**:

- 6-12 months minimum experience as a Support Worker
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification
- Manual Handling Certificate
- Medication Administration Certificate
- Stoma Care Certificate or Willingness to Obtain.
- Experience working with clients with physical disabilities.
- Driver’s License & Car
- Commitment to an ongoing roster of support
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, or Police Check & WWCC
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Triple COVID-19 Vaccination
