About the role

**Your Focus**:

- Develop Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales strategies to drive growth for Circuit packages, focusing on key categories like Tech, Liquor, Beauty, and Fashion.
- Partner Engagement: Identify and engage brand partners to build campaigns and packages
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities within retail media and cashback spaces.
- Campaign Development: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create compelling, category-specific sales packages that resonate with brand objectives and enhance consumer shopping experiences.
- Pipeline Management: Support the successful delivery of the sales team's pipeline, ensuring consistent communication and follow-through with potential partners and clients.
- Performance Tracking: Set KPIs and track performance metrics for campaigns, providing feedback and insights to optimise future sales strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product, and operations to ensure smooth implementation and success of Circuit campaigns

**About You**:

- Experience: Deep sales strategy or business development role, desirably in digital media, retail, or e-commerce.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs.
- Retail Media Expertise: Knowledge of retail media, cashback platforms, and digital advertising strategies.
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with a track record of building successful partnerships.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse market data, sales performance, and consumer trends to inform decision-making and strategy development.
- Results-Driven: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Tools & CRM: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales pipeline management software.
