Specializing in the provision of standalone cleaning and security services or a tailored integrated solution, Assetlink support businesses to manage their assets and operations in the commercial, retail, aviation, health & aged care, and mining sectors.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a experienced **Security Team Member** to join our team at our prestigious retail site:
**Westfield Airport West Shopping Centre**, located in the suburb of Airport West. immediate start required

**This position is on a causal basis.**

The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence on-site whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer-focused team. Security experience in a retail setting is preferred.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Previous experience in Retail Security (preferred)**:

- Protection of the premises, employees, contractor, and visitors
- Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
- General security duties including administration tasks
- Ability to respond to emergency situations
- Respond to critical incidents and simultaneously prepare written reports
- Interact with key stakeholders including building management, emergency services, client representatives and follow team members via the correct communication device

**To succeed in this role you will need**:

- **Hold a valid Victorian Security License & First Aid Certificate**:

- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with key stakeholders
- Warm and empathetic nature with a strong customer service focus and the ability to manage a variety of high-pressure situations
