**About the Role**

We are looking to appoint an experienced **Storeperson** on a **permanent and full-time basis** at our APAC Head Office in **Eagle Farm**. This position will report to the Warehouse Supervisor and will be responsible for ensuring a safe, customer-focussed and cost-efficient Warehouse function ensuring internal and external customer requirements are met. This position is an important one within the team in supporting the wider Supply Chain business. Key responsibilities of this role are
- Customer Service - engage with stakeholders in a polite, respectful, and courteous manner to answer queries and resolve supply issues to ensure all sales opportunities are maximized;
- Perform cycle stock counts and annual stock takes, as directed
- Engage with transport companies in relation to deliveries and dispatch.
- Conduct local deliveries and pickups where required
- Unloading of deliveries, checking, receipting, and distribution to allocated warehouse locations
- Utilization of SAP across a range of transactions
- Maintain tool and asset inventory registers as required including testing and certification
- General housekeeping of warehouse and consumables

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar role
- Forklift License
- SAP, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel experience will be highly regarded;
- Effective, polite and courteous customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize workloads and work under pressure;
- Must be a team player and be safety focused
