**The full-time role**:
We’re looking for a motivated and dynamic Senior **Sales Consultants** to join our team at **Snooze Bundall**. If you’re a driven, customer-focused individual with a passion for sales, this role is for you

In this role, you can expect to work a rotating roster that includes weekdays, weekends, and public holidays, where required.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Engage with customers to understand their sleep preferences and recommend the best products
- Drive sales and meet/exceed monthly targets
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on promotions
- Process transactions and assist with financing options

**You will have**:

- Proven **sales experience** with a strong memory for product details
- Background in **bedding and/or big-ticket retail sales** (ideal but not essential)
- Passion for **exceptional customer service**:

- Strong **leadership and relationship-building skills**:

- Tech-savvy with **computer proficiency** (Pronto experience is a plus)
- Motivated to **coach and inspire** your team to excel
- Excellent **written and verbal communication** skills
- The necessary fitness to walk the floor throughout the day and the strength to carry heavy stock safely from time to time
