Dance & Fitness Instructors

We are seeking passionate, energetic, and skilled Dance and/or Fitness Instructors to join our team As an instructor, you will be responsible for teaching a variety of dance and fitness classes, providing a motivating and supportive atmosphere for students, and helping them reach their personal fitness and dance goals. If you have a love for movement, a positive attitude, and a desire to inspire others, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach a range of dance and fitness classes, including but not limited to Pole Dancing, Heels, Burlesque, Flexibility, and Fitness training.
- Create and deliver engaging, challenging, and safe classes that accommodate various skill levels.
- Provide individualized instruction, feedback, and encouragement to help students reach their personal goals.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive class environment that promotes student confidence and empowerment.
- Ensure safety guidelines are followed and that students are using proper form during classes.
- Participate in studio events, workshops, and promotions as needed.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with students, fellow instructors, and studio staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in teaching dance or fitness classes (Pole Dancing, Heels, Burlesque, or similar disciplines is a plus).
- A passion for teaching and a genuine desire to help others achieve their fitness and dance goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students in a positive and supportive environment.
- Certifications in fitness or dance (e.g., personal training, group fitness, or dance-specific certifications) are preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in customer service and team collaboration is a plus.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 3 per week
