We have an exciting job for experienced Machine Operators. If you are motivated, ready to work, a solid understanding and proven experience in the setting up and running of machinery (not just pressing the on button) then we wanna hear from you
- **Location**: Coopers Plains, QLD
- **Hours**: 12 Hr rotating day & night shifts, 84 Hrs on a fortnightly roster
- **Duration**: Ongoing with potential to go perm
- **Pay**: $35.40/Hr Flat Rate

**- Start Date**: Immediate

**The big question is, what will I be doing?**

You will be working under your team leader and will be involved in all aspects of Plastic Pipe Production, working on, and operating large extruder machines, operating Coilers, Stackers and using an overhead crane. You will be using various other hand tools and an electric strapping tool to secure the product in specially built pallets. Operating the Forklift and performing quality checks will be a daily part of your VERY varied role

**What we need from you -**
- Proven experience operating machinery on a busy production line
- Previous Production Worker experience
- Experience working with plastic will be highly favourable
- **Forklift License OR experience operating a forklift and the willingness to obtain a license**:

- A mechanical mindset and willingness to learn new skills
- A high regard for safety is essential
- Willingness to workday/night shifts and weekends
- Ability to lift weight up to 30kg
- Full and correct PPE

It is essential to be able to pass a drug and alcohol test and provide/obtain a current Police check
