We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager who connects with our vision and joins the conversation by launching our legacy, communicating our message and creating an elevated customer and team experience.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Assist driving a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction
- Supporting the Store Manager to empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration
- Working with Leadership to build an effective and profitable store
- Motivating the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators
- Driving operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back-of-house administration.

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:

- Experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up to 5-10 team members in a fast-paced store.
- A supportive leader, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
- An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
- Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
