In this role, you'll be at the helm of our healthcare services, collaborating with a dedicated team to develop and implement effective health service delivery strategies. You'll engage with key stakeholders to plan and evaluate systems that support continuous improvement, ensuring our services are safe, accessible, and of the highest quality. Your day will involve leading clinical governance, managing resources, and fostering a positive service culture that promotes professional growth and excellence in care.
