Nick Scali Furniture is seeking an experienced Showroom Manager for our beautiful Marion Showroom. This is a full-time permanent opportunity working weekends.

- Can demonstrate a proven track record in selling high-value-ticket items
- Have a "can-do" attitude and a strong desire to maximise your earning potential
- Can show us that you are driven to succeed, ambitious, and able to successfully lead and coach a high-performing sales team
- You will have excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding customer service skills
- Are able to work every weekend and enjoy time off during the week.
- Have previous experience in leading a team in a sales environment
- Are immaculately presented, suitable for a high-end showroom environment

- Maximising sales opportunities while providing an excellent standard of customer service at all times.
- Providing exceptional product knowledge and offering solutions to customers' furnishing needs.
- Leading a team to successfully achieve their KPIs
- Engaging quickly and delivering efficient customer care to ensure speedy responses to customer needs and wants.
- Training and coaching new staff as well as constantly developing your team
- Following up on customer inquiries, solving problems, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing great aftercare service.
