We are currently seeking a Maintenance Controller to join our Silverwater branch. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our equipment fleet. Your expertise and attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining our high standards.

Key responsibilities:

- Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities, ensuring equipment is serviced, repaired, and maintained to a high standard.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance audits to identify any issues or potential hazards.
- Collaborate with suppliers and external contractors to schedule repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, reports, and equipment service histories.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely availability of equipment for hire.
- Implement and adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the equipment hire industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair procedures.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders.

**Salary**: Up to $81,234.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Silverwater, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
