Membership Consultant

EMF Fitness Centre Kotara is looking for a full-time membership consultant to join our team. As a membership consultant, you will be responsible for welcoming and signing up new members, providing exceptional customer service, and getting to know our members so we can accomodate them in achieving their fitness goals.

This role will be full-time with 38 hours per week.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Working with Children's Check
- First Aid/CPR certificate
- Excellent communication skills, friendly face and outgoing
- A positive personality and can do attitude
- Professional, reliable, trustworthy and take pride in self-presentation
- Comfortable and confident in filming for social media
- A PASSION for health and fitness
- Experience within the fitness industry is preferred but not necessary

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- New memberships - manage and audit every step of the sales process to grow the club member base.
- Assist in all operations within your club, including reception and club cleanliness.
- Work closely with the Club Manager to achieve the club's daily, weekly and monthly targets.
- Engage with current and new members to ensure that they are having the best experience possible. This will include following up with members along their fitness journey to check in and following up cancelled members.
- Achieving sales and retention targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Relationship building within the local community, businesses and social media.
- Help to drive marketing and advertising campaigns.

**Salary**: $40,660.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

- Kotara, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
