We are currently seeking qualified and experienced Class A and Class B Asbestos Supervisors to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Position Overview:
As a Asbestos Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and overseeing asbestos removal operations on projects based in Sydney's Western Suburbs. Your primary objective will be to ensure safe and compliant asbestos removal practices in line with applicable legislation and regulations. This is a project-based position, offering an immediate start with the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise asbestos removal activities on construction sites in Sydney's Western Suburbs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and guidelines related to asbestos removal.
- Supervise and direct a team of asbestos removal workers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Conduct on-site inspections, risk assessments, and asbestos clearance processes.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop asbestos removal strategies.
- Review and interpret asbestos-related documentation, such as plans, specifications, and reports.
- Maintain accurate records, including asbestos registers, disposal certificates, and incident reports.
- Monitor the implementation of control measures to minimize asbestos exposure risks.
- Promote and enforce a strong safety culture among the team, conducting regular toolbox talks and safety meetings.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Class A or Class B Asbestos Supervisor license.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in asbestos removal, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Strong understanding of asbestos removal procedures, safety protocols, and the ability to interpret technical documents.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively coordinate and guide the asbestos removal team.
- Ability to identify and mitigate potential asbestos-related risks and provide practical solutions.
- High level of attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills.

How to Apply:
Pay: Up to $70.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
