**About the role**

Our team is looking for a product designer to help deliver best-in-class invoicing workflows to our SME customers. Collaborating with other product designers, engineers, product managers and researchers to craft intuitive and engaging experiences for a wide range of MYOB offerings.

**Our designers cover a lot of ground. They**:

- Want to understand our customers and are happy to use different research techniques to do it.
- Get their team involved to make sense of the findings.
- design in various levels of fidelity.
- Seek critique and feedback to help improve themselves and their designs.
- Collaborate and communicate well with other team members in product management and engineering.
- Test ideas, concepts, and designs early and often.
- Consider our customer's full journey from start to finish.

**The skills you'll need**
- Minimum of 5 years experience in digital product design.
- Experience within invoicing or financial services advantageous but not crucial.
- Passion for problem solving and ability to run design research and discovery techniques through to design validation & usability testing.
- Experience with end-to-end workflows and a love for UX, with a high competence in working with appropriate design tools.
- Experience working in an agile environment in cross functional teams.
- Experience working across a variety of projects (good, bad, ugly) with different stakeholders and partners.
- Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills working within (and across) cross-functional teams.
