Rental, Demonstration

**About Us**:
Bucher Municipal is a leading manufacturer and supplier of municipal vehicles and equipment. We are currently seeking an experienced, self-motivated and autonomous fleet Co-ordinator to manage our Rental, Demonstration & Used Equipment. The role requires strong time management, service coordination experience and exceptional customer service and follow up skills.

**About the Role**:
The Rental, Demonstration & Used Equipment Co-ordinator manages all movements, maintenance and compliance including registrations and rental agreements of the rental, demonstration and used equipment fleets, and coordinates delivery and pick-up for customers.

You will be responsible for:

- Coordination and management of Bucher demonstration, rental and used (trade-in) equipment fleets
- Management of the database/register including utilisation reporting and GPS information
- Co-ordinates the installation and removal of GPS units in the fleet
- Co-ordinates the maintenance and compliance of the fleet
- Management of demonstration and rental equipment contracts
- Invoicing of all rental equipment
- Coordination and management of servicing and repairs maintenance requirements
- Action customer queries for rental inquires, quotes, rates and availability of equipment
- Working with the sales team when quoting rates to their accounts/customers
- Coordination of delivery/transport of demonstration, rental and used equipment
- Coordination and management of Bucher demonstration requirements with the Sales team ensuring availability of equipment
- Management of operational leases and associated tools
- Handle supply and small equipment sales for walk-in customers

**What we are looking for experience with**:

- **Unrestricted working rights in Australia will be considered**
- Experience of accounting functions
- Exceptional knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems (Epicor preferred)
- Previous experience working in a service or workshop environment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
