Panthers Penrith are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and customer focused Restaurant Supervisor to join their friendly team in Kelly's Bar and Kitchen.

**About the Role **

We have an exciting opportunity available for a passionate and energetic individual to lead our front of house catering team and manage the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and bar. Being part of a collaborative team, you will lead, motivate and develop your team and inspire them to deliver an exceptional customer experience whilst also ensuring a clean and safe environment for our employees, members and guests. We are looking for someone who shares our positive ‘can-do’ attitude and is ready to jump straight into the position.

**Your main duties and responsibilities would include, but are not limited to**:

- Maintaining high levels of customer service to our members and guests at all times;
- Managing the day-to-day operations of Kelly’s Bar and Kitchen;
- Shift and staff management including performance management and disciplinary action;
- Assisting employees and customers with any enquiries;
- Ordering of stock;
- Managing conflict resolution and customer complaints;
- Completing Daily Shift Reports and following up on corrective actions;
- Daily cash reconciliation, handling and processing;
- Ensure all areas are presented and cleaned to a high standard at all times;
- Ensuring the comfort and wellbeing of members and guests by ensuring all WHS requirements are being met at all times and;
- Adhering to Panthers policies, procedures and legislative requirements.

**About you **

You will excel in a multi-skilled team environment, and enjoy providing magnificent customer service. You are required to be flexible and reliable as you will need to be available 24/7 to work as required including nights, weekends and public holidays.

**To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following**:
Essential skills & competencies:

- At least 2 years’ previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry;
- Fantastic written and verbal communication skills;
- Exceptional shift management and customer service skills;
- Ability to deal with complex situations and make effective business decisions;
- High standard of personal grooming;
- Food, wine and beverage knowledge;
- Current RSA and RCG qualifications and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate are required and;
- Relevant qualifications in Hospitality and/or Management would be advantageous.
